We personally tested the top three Android emulators- BlueStacks, NoxPlayer, and Andyroid. BlueStacks even allows you to record your game and stream it through OBS. The latest versions of the top emulators support Android Nougat version 7.1.2 and can record straight from your mic and webcam.
